Just got back from FLL (overnight). On deboarding from NW yesterday, passed the CO gate. CO was very specific in announcing the Elite/F line closer to the wall, and the general boarding on the left. And Elite/F could board immeidately, and any time after general boarding started. Very specific, very clear... and would be very welcome in the NW gates. On returning today, the NW GAs called F, and had to turn back pax after pax, to get the F pax boarded.

Steve I too flew in from FLL yesterday morning. I was suprised when I heard the announcement after the children/special needs...."that we will now begin general boarding"...being I had an upgrade and wanted to get to my seat I was near the gate anyway....and it wasn't until after I went through that gate attendant realized her mistake and then called first class passengers and elites. At that point there were so many others near the gate I dont know what they did. But for one day even the NWA employees forgot the new boarding procedures!
