Fiji seems to hold the edge here on popularity thus far.
As I hadn't tried it yet, I bought a six pack of 1 liter bottles at Cost Plus World Markets today in Southern CA. They seemed a little pricey at $9.95 for the six-pack. It works out to about $1.65 per liter.
Is this a good price or should I shop around in the future??
