That's why it's important to me (as a NW Plat), to get free changes on the award. It's saved me about $200 so far in changes.

I got paper tickets in the beginning, but after the last changes, I got an e-ticket for my itin, which makes it much easier! I know I hated having to keep sending the tickets in.
