How did I miss this thread? I whole-heartedly agree about the OriginalPanCake House!

We have one nearby in Plano - it's PACKED on Sunday morning's (our usual Pancake day, when we're in the mood for Carbs). Best bet is to get there around 9am - before the crowds get there. After 11am - it's usually a good 45-60 min wait for a table.

And the BEST pancake, if I recall correctly - is the one baked in the oven and lathered in butter... (mmmm)...

Had to google the site and get the description:

The pancake is called the "Oven baked". It's served with whipped butter, lemon and powdered sugar.

I can just feel my sugar levels rise thinking about it!
