Try booking your reservation with "Bob" or "Bobby" as your first name.

I know a Robert Brown who's on the list, and while his full name will trigger a false match, booking as "Bob Brown" or "Bobby Brown" (like the singer ) will allow him to check in online or at a kiosk unharassed...again, showing the stupidity of the whole no-fly list. He could do the same, of course, if he were the real Robert Brown the government is looking for.
