I was infuriated like most at first, but the program changes made it much more feasible for elites. I was mystified recently when I tried to actually purchase a coach choice seat for my wife on a MSP-HNL leg. I can't understand why an elite can't purchase a seat for the $15 fee until that magic 24 hour time.
