I’ve been to most civilized places in the world and also many off the beaten track.
My absolute favorite place for fish is the Plantation House in Kapalua, Hawaii. Chef Alex does wonders with the local catch...which varies daily....and works in the local produce....like Maui onions....to complement his creative and delicious meals.I’ve had several dozen meals there and am looking forward to my return.
A close second for best seafood in the world is Gerard’s in Lahaina, Maui. Their Ahi Basque Stew is to die for and needs to be special ordered in advance.
