I'm sitting in the PC, IAH, E-terminal and there is a van with a small CO logo on the door and then some decals of ice cream novelties on the side, also a sign that says, "Caution Children." There is a large cut out on the passenger side. I'm watching and they are going around and passing out popsicles to ground crew. Must be new because even from here you can tell they approach the van with reservations.
