Viking, could you please elaborate more on your statement and your (unfortunate) situation using this (Marshall School of Business) code? I was preparing to book a rental in Sweden using this code after reading the entire thread, as it gave an excellent rate. In general, I haven't noticed any warnings associated with this AWD (unlike, say, when using an Avis employee code). No could I find ezmonee's post to the same effect.
Also, the corporation in question would be, I guess, Marshall School of Business. Why would be only a certain number of rentals allocated to this code? I know, for example, that my bank has a negotiated AWD code (I think it gives 15% discount or so) and this was done to bring down rental costs and thus encourage a greater use of Avis rentals, not the other way around.
