I am sorry your husband took a pay cut. Many others lost their jobs. And people that could barely pay the rent that worked in other parts of the business lost their jobs and are now on welfare or homeless. This all su@ks.
But, since we have decided to turn the airports into a foolish security zone, and have spent so much money on new airports and fancy "stuff", and the airlines are getting dumber in how to treat people and bottom line,
PEOPLE ARE FLYING LESS. Less income means less jobs and in a business that was marginal in the first place, it means only a matter of time that the airline business will look like Amtrak. We are doing it to ourselves America.
