While living in Novosibirsk in 2002 and laughing daily at Siberian Air's English version website, I once wrote to the contact address and said this: "If you'll give me one round trip ticket from Novosibirsk to Moscow per year, I'll clean up that mess of an English website you have and make you proud to show yourself to the world." I gave line by line examples of what needed to be changed on just one page of their site. Obviously, no response.
Within a month, the whole site went down for about a week and then resurfaced in
its current form. I still think they owe me a kickback for showing them the right way to do an English language site.
