Delecee on the northside (Irving Park and Southport, NE corner two doors north) is excellent, did Mother's day there for years growing up a couple blocks away. It's a family sort of place and you have to make reservations on holiday type days (and probably every Sunday given how packed it always looks when I walk by). Other meals there are pretty good as well, parking is a pain although on a non Cubs game day you can likely find something back in the side streets NW of it. No parking back there on a Cubs night game without an LV2 sticker though.
