If AQ & HA are convinced that they're providing such a wonderful mix of service and value they'll see no need to lower fares as Mesa enters, right?

Call me a cynic but having watched the price cycle just prior to, during and following the life of Mahalo I somehow doubt that HA and AQ are willing to compete honestly.

We'll see a very predictable pattern, a sudden flood of new 'low fares' which somehow only stick around long enough to push out the competition.

Guys, face it, you did it to yourselves. You killed the goose that laid the golden egg!
