Delta prediction

Booked a trip last Oct '05 on Song, Bos to SFO, for the family (2 adults/6 kids) for Apr '06 with miles. Discoverd (by accident) that the Song direct flight had been changed to Delta with multiple stops (strike 1). Tried to make changes to the itinerary as a result of Delta changes and got a lot of grief (strike 2), but finally was able to make changes without penalties Now I'm hearing about pilot problems and possiblility of strike and/or closing around the time of the trip (strike 3?).

Anyone have advice as to the likelehood of Delta strike and/or shut down?

What is Delta's obligation to ticketholders if are shut down?
