(6) if the aircraft does not arrive at the gate 2 hours prior to deparetue (3 for international flights) passengers will be given $100.00

(7) If the last boarding call is not made within 15 minutes of scheduled departure all passengers not yet boarded get $100.00.

(8) Now that no shows are no longer an issue if a flight is overbooked everyone that made a reservation after all seats were sold will get $100.00.

(9) On all flights in which the pilot has a gun everyone with ticket fare code K or higher can carry a gun. L U and T fare passengers can carry a knife and non-revs may carry a big stick. Pasengers standing by from flights 2 hours earlier may have a tire tool.

(10) passengers with less than 2 bags, or bags weighing under 70 lbs or 62 inches each will be given transferable vouchers so they can sell their excess baggage space to overloaded passengers.

(11) Passengers paying for nonrefundable seats will have their name pinned on the head cushion, will earn mileage for the flight, no one will be allowed to sit in that seat unless they compensate that passenger according to the full fare for that segment, and the coke and peanuts alotted to that empty seat will be donated to charity. In the event mail or cargo is placed on the plane that passenger and all passengers with unsold vouchers from rule (10) will share in the revenue generated.

(12) In the event of a crash passengers with non refundable ticket will have the same rights to compensation as those physically on board.

(13) Prior to boarding any passenger may write his own rules of carriage and the airline will be subject to them as long as he attaches them to his ticket. In the event of an e-ticket the airline will be subject to said conditions of carriage if the passenger comits them to his memory.

(14) Delta employees, shareholders, officers and directors will refrain from eating anything other than pretzels and peanuts at anytime that there is a Delta flight in the air that does not have food service.

(15) In the event of lost or misrouted baggage the passenger will recieve frequent flyer miles based on the greater of the actual miles flown by the passengers or his bag.
