EXACTLY!!!

This was news to me as well when I read carm100s original new thread on this last night (which was unceremoniously morphed into this thread....hmmm, maybe to lessen the black eye for Delta??? )

I personally appreciate carm100 pointing this out, and DisgruntledDLPM sharing his correspondence from Delta with us. This is just another awful move by Delta and should be exposed for what it is.

If nothing else, it helps to make us better informed when we call Delta to try and burn all those millions of miles that we have that look increasingly worthless.

Simply Good Business is alive and well.
