I noticed the change as well (apparently it took place in late-February), and wasn't happy about it (wasn't it only $7 a couple of months ago?)
Interestingly enough, I parked my Mountaineer there (clearly an SUV), but was still charged $9. Better yet, I parked there for 3 days + 3 hours, but was only charged for 3 days. That will keep me coming back to ABC!
