I'm new to this forum but I thought I would throw my 2cents in on one of my favourite topics.
My experience so far when asking AA, BA and QF customer service staff (ground and in flight) about oneWorld is that they know just about as much as we do. I'm just glad I get to fly two of my favourite airlines and they contribute to my favourite ff program. And since I am in Asia-Pac you might just see me wave the BA flag from time to time - have no complaints with them so far (just wish their first class food was as good as QF's ;-). Let's hope some of the BA and QF notions of what first and business class means will rub off on AA.
