Exit row: 15, 16

Best seats:
1 AC & 2 DF: extra kneespace
15 & 16: extra legspace exit row

Avoid:
14: no recline
24: galley and toilets, no recline

Canadair Jet CRJ 700 (CR7)

C/Y: 1-20

Exit row: 14

Best seats:
1 AC & 2 DF: extra legspace
14: extra legspace, but A F have no armrests and are often chilly

Avoid:
12: no recline
20: galley and toilets


Canadair Jet CRJ 100/200 (CR1)

C/Y: 2-14

Exit row: 8

Best seats:
2: extra leg space
8: extra legspace, but A F have no armrests and are often chilly

Avoid:
7: no recline
14: toilet



AVRO RJ 85 (AR8/146)
C/Y: 1-18

pitch good, but narrow seats. ABC & DEF not exactly aligned

no exit rows

SEN ASR: 1-2 (varies)

Best seats:
1 ABDEF, 2 C Extra legspace
2A more space on the window side
16D: more legspace, but beware of trolley!

Avoid:
6-8: limited overhead storage

De Havilland DH 8-300 (DH 3 Turboprop)

I think I last flew the ATR 42, and there was no exit row. Business class was in the back, and seats 1DF were backwards and facing seats 2DF. You couldn't get 1DF assigned though IIRC. 2AC were terrible bulkhead seats with even less leg space than on the 32S or the 737.
