We just had 4 rooms for 4 nights last week and had a great time. The Hotel was oversold due to Bangkok Film Festival. I have been told previously that they will not upgrade Golds to exec level until 5th stay onwards apparently.

Julie was great. She sent a message to the GM of the Blue Elephant to make sure we were well looked after, and we certainly were. ^

She is actually now Director of Executive Services, not just Exec Floors Manager. I do agree the prices are starting to get a bit high but if they are getting a high occupancy rate then thats going to happen.
