Did you use your MileagePlan number or your MyAlaskaAir id? As I said in my previous post I couldn't get it to accept my MyAlaskaAir id/password so I entered my MileagePlan number and zipcode (the password you use when you log on to MileagePlan. Points.com sent me (several) messages saying they couldn't validate my MileagePlan number. Needless to say, both ids/passwords work fine on AlaskaAir.com
Any tips on how to get this to work? I'd be forever in your debt!
