I've tried a number of city pairs and it seems the most it returns is 34 flights, counting a connection as two flights. It also seems to be (somewhat) Star biased despite being told 'all'. It doesn't seem to be an issue of 'plenty of other routes', it just seems to be not showing much other routes. In the PHL-JAX example, except the lone (why just 1???) DL and FL flight, everything is CLT and IAD (also 4 NS's). I wouldn't call that a plethora of 'other routes'.
