Points.com is doomed to fail. I do not give them a year to survive if they continue to practice this business model. This is one of the worst sites as far as operations and by far, the worst for the money as far as value is concerned.

At this rate, they are just throwing good money in the garbage can. They all need a good lesson in Marketing 101 because this group of people just do not have a clue on what they are doing (unless they really know they are stealing miles and points from their customers).

As far as the technical aspect of their site, I have heard nothing but horror stories. People not getting their points posted, site breakdowns, etc. Points.com is doing everything very wrong if they want to survive. If they are well funded, certainly the people funding this company will come to their senses someday because there is no way you can convince me that this site is close to making money.

I hate seeing people getting ripped off...there are always going to be better alternatives out there than throwing my hard earned miles and points away at points.com!
