I go to NY on the Acela weekly. You get real metal forks, knives, and spoons. You also get real glasses for soda and water. The plates when I went yesterday were china. But the soup is served in a small china coffee cup. The clam chowder is some of the best I have had whale on the go. Dinner is the best meal on the train though.
