Maybe a CO insider can give us a final ruling on access to Gordon's Galley and the store? If it's not a secure area, then we should be allowed there, although I am certain CO and the airport authority doesn't want nor need hundreds of customers going down there on a daily basis so it should be kept close to the vest. If it's not a secure area, I am sure a handful of diehard customers going down there for a cheap sandwich and some shirts and memorabilia is not such a bad thing.

Flying through Houston a few months after 9/11, I asked an agent who was in between shifts if she could help me buy some of the retractable badge clips from the company store under the C concourse. She actually escorted me down there and waited a few minutes while I bought the clips, then walked by back upstairs. I am not sure the old location was secure or not, but I was escorted there anyway and was very happy she took the time to do that for me. It was a nice touch.
