And the answer is, I'm happy to report, "yes". Logged into the MR website today, noticed that the picture had changed, and only then realized the new small print below: "Platinum". No mails, calls, or any attempt on my part to suggest this, it came automatically. ^
Interestingly, it also says "Additional nights needed to maintain Platinum: 36", although I've only stayed 14 nights this year (so far). Isn't 50 nights in a year needed just to keep Gold?
