It is quite a hassle to call and inform and state everything, which should happen automatically. If they have rooms available and they see that there is an EBG coming in then without any prior arrangements they should just give the benefits the traveller is entitled to.
Checked in at the Royal Garden Radisson SAS at TRD this evening. Upgrade to Business Class room without asking! Nice attitude frome the staff, also! Ordered the room at the Radisson web site.
