The biggest flaw in CO's heavy overseas strategy is they get lots of outbound traffic from the USA, but overseas they are virtually unknown. Result: In the typical vacation travel, their Friday flights from US are packed, to US are not. Sunday is the opposite effect: Packed going home, empty going out. They need to offer incentives to get fereners in the habit of flying them in the opposite direction of their natural market in order to try to even out their loads and fill planes in the off-peak direction.
