I found out that all their customer service is done in India and they don't want you to call them. I got tired of all the spam and the poor service. A friend turned me on to
www.bondrewards.com - and is a better program. I actually get US Savings Bonds when I shop online. Since i do that anyway i figured why not and they have all the same stores as mypoints - so far i got 3 savings bonds that's $150. better than points anytime.
