Any Foods in BA Lounge?

Hi,
I also wonder which is the best OW longe in NRT. My poit is whether they serve any of meals or not

I fly NRT-LHR in BA006. To take BA006, I have to leave my home Airport early morning. I think I will be hungry

. I neither want to go to expensive air port restrant, nor bring many foods. I wanna know whether BA lounge in NRT serve any foods or not. If they serve, what kind of? Only nuts?

And other OW lounge, what kind of foods they serve? If you could have already told about that, I would say excuse me, I could not find out such information
