og and I did the same YVR-HKG run and had fantastic views of the Aleutians at just the right time. Later on, at night, we tracked along a storm front for 2 hrs near Japan. It was the best lightening show I have ever seen. The DONEx price is worth it just for these views when they happen (especially when you can command several windows at a time).
og, I'll be travelling around the time of a full moon. The seat map is showing thru expertflyer as being very open. What seat do you reccomend from 11A, 11K, 81A or 81K (I like the front rows of CX J).
