12 weeks + 1 day - no points yet

Today is 85 days <12 weeks + 1 day> since the end of October - still no bonus points. Called AX - CSR said in her experience, look for points on 1.31.06. Apparently AX believes 12 weeks exactly = 3 months. Wonder if I paid my bill late by 7 days - would AX just ignore it? If intent is 3 months, simply state points will post 2-3 months after close of promotion - not 8-12 weeks.

Any thoughts?
