Actually...there is now. In the past two years, they have created a huge new development called Zona Rosa near KCI.
Two great places there at Zona Rosa - an Indian restaurant called Swagat's - one of the best indian rest I have been to. Also Chinese place called Bo Lings. Not too far away if staying at the Airport Marriott.
