Dear fellow FT'ers,

The 'other half' and I are going to NYC for a few days and I wanted to treat her for a lovely lunch as it's her birthday (dinner plans already made by the missus as her b'day happens to fall on Valentines day...)

Any advice for lovely NYC lunch places (price should be less than a couple hundred of bucks (including moderate wine) if possible...) - I would be gratefully appreciated. Someone recommended that Fleur de Sel has a wonderful wine paired lunch menu...
