Interesting...never have actually flown a NW V after the new rules, but the difference between V & Q can be as high as $150 on routes I fly. Did your trip originate in USA or Europe?

25% for me, unfortunately, I usually try to get a Q-class ticket which is sometimes only $20-30 more. Interestingly, all lower fare classes, e.g. K-class give full miles.
