First post here, so be gentle

This may be a silly question, the AOL Promo code, is this intended for AOL employees only, or can AOL Subcribers use it too? Reason for the question, these is no mention of ID being required in the rate rules (see below)

This will be my first trip from Glasgow to LA, any other advice on getting a good rate would be appreciated. Looking to stay at the Renaissance Hollywood.

Rate Rules
Holding Your Reservation

* We will need a credit card number to reserve your room.

Canceling Your Reservation

* You may cancel your reservation for no charge until 6 PM hotel time on June 19, 2006.

* Please note that we will assess a fee of 215.54 USD if you must cancel after this deadline.

If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card.

This fee equals 1 night of your room charge plus tax (for the first night of your reservation).

Modifying Your Reservation

* Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.

Tax Information

* CURRENCY RATES QUOTED IN USD - US DOLLAR AND EXCLUDE TAXES

* TAX 14.000 PCT PLUS 0.07/ROOM PER NIGHT
