Hmm, looks like they have a really poorly written T&C. They do say at the beginning that "All travel rewards are subject to availability."

I think what they meant to say with that later part is that if you request a specific flight and they don't have availability for it, they'll suggest flights for which they do have availability (if they exist). Of course, that's not what it says at all.
