Hi - sorry to ask some basic questions but:

Are all CX J tickets miles-earning eg. I class? Also what lounge access does it get you, esp. does it get you into The Wing? How far does the J seat recline? Finally how many asia miles do you need to upgrade from J to F for LHR-HKG and HKG-AKL?
