We got to try the '95 in wine class this fall (although the teacher argued that drinking it at only 10 years was "infanticide"). My main impression was that it had a very strong yeasty/nutty flavor, more so than Dom Perignon vintage. But I'm sure liveon777 has drunk more of it than I have, so I should probably let him talk. And I'm curious what it's like when it's not too young, too!
