Regarding current talk about a Florida seminar, if there's a meeting place and a critical mass, I'm up for it. Do note that at some point later in Spring, decent fares and availability for a Friday-->Sunday ticket for participants will be very tough to find.

Separately, I've mentioned that I still have in mind a seminar in SoCal.... with SoCal and the Florida possibility, I won't set a date until after New Years, just to ensure my own personal plans.

How was the New York seminar last Sun. Did you get a good turnout? I told my son about it. His comment was that he might not fly enough right now but maybe at a later date. They will be flying to AMS for the holidays. I told him to sign up for the points no matter what airline he is flying on. I can't believe how many people still think it is not worth the trouble to collect mileage.
