The only time that I have not rec. a plat welcome gift was at a courtyard. The manager indicated they did not have the # on the account. I had reserved the hotel under the same method (marriott website) that I had at 3 previous stays at the hotel. I did have the res from the website printed out prior to arrival.

Left the hotel with an extra $50
