Glad everything worked out for you. Curious that they now require you to get the certificate number from Citi yourself. Didn't used to be that way (when I redeemed in July). When you confirmed availability with GI and then called Citi, did they put your reservation on hold for you? Or was there the possibility of the seat inventory selling out during that interval?
