NEWER 737-200s?

The last -200s were made in the mid-late '80s. The thought of flying on 20 year old a/c that will soon become MX heavy versus 30 year old a/c that are already MX heavy isn't appealing.
Replace the 737-700s? With what? Any ideas if they do?
