So I've always enjoyed flying CO especially to Europe, which would explain why my entire family (2 sons included) have requalified for Plat status this year.

Unfortunately this last trip I took from IAH to AMS was just horrible. Recancellations/rebookings/baggage fees because of messed up stop-overs because of the rebookings - what a mess - and almost $2k in fees all from a check-in gone horribly wrong. And to top it off, an extremely rude FA that must have had something against me.

Does anyone have an email address or snail mail address for the higher-ups in CO? Want to let them know what all happened.
