As I started reading your report.....I got about 3/4's of the way through.....and I said:
Huh - uh! That's wrong! Those Bogner sweatshirts were given away years ago. What is he writing about? Then I realized this is an old thread, resurrected from the dead!
I guess I am a snob, too. I know that dark blue Bogner are the old sweatshirts given on LH years ago, with the soft grey Boss and Aigner and others in between. And you know what........if that's what makes me a snob, I am glad to be one.
And this will make me more of a snob: in the last 10+ years, I have flown 25-30 times in LH F/C. I have always sat in 83A.....my fav seat in the air. And I don't even travel internationally on business.......those are my vacation trips.

And, Otto, by the way.........the hoi polloi would never be upgraded from coach to First. They would only make it to business class. It's the quasi-hoi polloi who get upgraded to First, but only from biz.
