Frontier delivers a more consistent product for all customers, so we don't have a First section, nor Economy Plus. But all of our customers get 33 inch pitch and DirecTV and good quality service and food service matched to the stage length. I'll take that over a United 737 with crackly audio and 31 inch pitch and buy-on-board.

Not having flown UA recently, Im not really qualified to comment on their current service levels, but foxnine has absolutely hit the nail right on the head here with F9, IMO...with me being an F9 customer like what foxnine refers to, I couldn't have said it any better myself...well done!
