Call the hotel directly at 011-(52)(624) 1429 000 and ask to speak with the X-plora agency. They are the official on-site tour operator and they organize pick-ups and drop-offs from the airport. I forget how much they charge but it's in the $15 -$25 range p/p. If it's more expensive than the cab, then just take the cab for convenience, if not then just give them your details and they'll pick you up and upon arrival to the resort they'll ask you to pay (I think you can pay with credit card).
