And could someone please explain to me the logic in that, other than getting away p.r. wise with dis-honouring the other 95%? No wonder they're so friendly to you all - they're getting away w/it very lightly - in fact they're probably quite pleased, all in all. So pleased they're throwing in airmiles to boot, for the lucky few that have helped them get away with it, it seems.

Shame for all that fawning over the few, HH couldn't be bothered spending a few seconds answering my wife's (HH Gold) email asking for clarification of our res's. She sent it 7 days ago, and they not bothered reading it yet, or think it beneath them.

As for Expedia, I've asked several times to have the case put through to a supervisor, but they refuse to do so, well...ignore my request to be precise - being left to their front-line staff only to deal with it.
