In support of you, I agree that some things are just a waste of time.

Wow, talk about not appreciating what you got. My reservation was cancelled and got nothing (except that "certificate"). You at least had it honored, and got a bonus with Tokyo points on another stay.

How does the Osaka exec lounge rank amongst the best Hilton has to offer?

It's a very nice lounge, although the non-smoking section is way too small.

Staff are great and some of the food offerings in the evening were great. Singapore Lobster one evening was fabulous. ^

I won't post a "ranking" because as soon as I do, someone will tell me how much better X lounge is.

They certainly are.

Folks, keep this thread on topic. No personal attacks. I just deleted a couple of posts & I hope to not have to delete any more. If someone's being a PITA (pain in the arse), ignore them. They get a rise out of you paying attention to them. Don't forget, in your FlyerTalk settings, you can ignore certain users if you choose too. Also, feel free to use the Report Bad Post functionality & add whatever comments you'd like. We will research & take appropriate action on any reported posts we recieve.

Thanks!
