Doesn't the quality and scope of airline websites vary greatly from airline to airline.

I sometimes get frustrated when a piece of information that I expect from an airline isn't available on their website.

What should we expect on every site?

My wish list would include:

a full time table

a route map

pictures of the seats (indivudually and not just an interior shot of the aircraft) in each class so we can get an idea about how comfortable it is likely to be

Any other ideas?
